Gabriel Scrolls Library
A Library was established at Gabriel Law College (GLC) in 2014. Keeping in view the needs of the students, researchers and faculty members, the library adds appropriate new titles and updates regularly the collection with the latest resource material. It provides access to numerous local and online services relevant to Law research. It facilitates legal research. Its comprehensive collection assists teaching and learning by both the faculty and the students. Besides the management by qualified and experienced professionals, volunteer students, being the members of Gabriel’s Scrolls LS (Literary Society), also play their effective role in maintaining, developing and organizing the matters and materials of the library, all dedicated to providing high-quality innovative services
Library Collections
The Gabriel’s Scrolls Library has a unique and precious collection of both International and local authors of common law systems, i.e. the United Kingdom (UK), the United States of America (USA), India, Australia, Canada, India etc. The subjects include, inter alia, the following:
Law Reporting Journals
A significant number of current reference sources are available on reference shelves which include dictionaries, encyclopedias, handbooks, directories, yearbooks, atlases, bibliographies etc. The library also maintains press clippings from The News International, Dawn, The Nation, Nawa-i-Waqt and Daily Jang and subscribes to the following law journals:
